Jing Zhao Cesarone is an accomplished business leader with over twenty years of professional experience in strategic market entry, branding, and cross-cultural communications. She has worked on nearly 100 cross-border projects in high technology, entertainment, agriculture, and health care. She started her career in 1993 as a business journalist at China Daily. In 1996, Jing began working for Siemens Ltd. China to lead the company’s branding efforts nationwide. Jing also served as the Business Strategy Summit Producer for ICM Groups in Chicago from 1999 to 2001.

 

In 2001, Jing founded ChinaWise in Chicago, IL to connect the businesses and cultural exchanges between the United States and China. In April 2014, she won the Corporate Woman of Achievement Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and currently serves as its Diversity Director. Jing graduated from Beijing International Studies University with a bachelor’s degree in international business in 1991, and Renmin University of China with a second bachelor’s degree in journalism in 1993. She received her master’s degree in communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000.
